The main difference between these two collaborative models is that the keiretsu consists of giant interlinked public companies whereas aggregation consists of small interlinked private companies working with a public shell.

There&#039;s safety in numbers as the old saying goes. Aggregation is a way to both weather the economic storm and then maximize your valuation when the seas finally calm.
